From a basic site boundary pick-up to highly detailed 3D terrain modelling using our new GPS enabled Leica TCRP1205 robotic Total Station, we can fulfil your topographic survey requirements.

Drainage

We also offer an in-house basic drainage survey, including invert levels, channel and pipe sizes, directions of flow and usage. For a more detailed underground services survey, we would enlist the support of one of our Trusted Network Partners (see separate section below). Our GIS and mapping division Gardline Infotech, can also help create full GIS data from the surveys, providing an end-to-end solution.

GPS Surveys

GPS Surveying allows us to provide you with fast and accurate location-based information. The data can be processed either in real-time, or after the survey is completed, dependent on your requirements.

A variety of Leica, Topcon and Thales kit is used, to provide a range of services, including topographic surveying, utility positioning and environmental monitoring.

Data can be fixed in real-world co-ordinates, in a variety of datums, or to British National Grid, in association with the National GPS Network.

Our specialist mapping division, Gardline Infotech, can also help create full GIS data from the surveys, providing an end-to-end solution.

Trusted Partner Network

Over the past decade or so, we have identified a need for the provision of additional services to be offered as part of a package alongside our existing in-house surveying services. To this end, we have developed a Trusted Partner Network – a group of professionals with proven track records in their respective fields with whom we can call upon to provide specialist services. This negates the need for our clients to spend time researching, sourcing and expediting these services freeing up valuable time to enable them to do what they do best.

Examples of additional services which we can supply are: condition surveys, asbestos surveys and underground services tracing.
